Our History

Manny’s Restaurant and Delicatessen opened in 2018 in the Holland area of Bucks County, PA but our roots go way back. In 1986, Stu Thomas opened Famous Deli of Holland right in the same location Manny’s currently resides and operated for nearly 30 years. Fast forward a few years later, two of Stu’s Sons, Jeremy and Chase Thomas are back in their father’s original store keeping the tradition alive.

In 2023, Manny’s Deli Stop was born in Willow Grove in Montgomery County, PA. This fast-casual concept is an extension of the Manny’s Brand, focusing on the same high standards of food and service, while emphasizing speed and more on-the-go products.

Manny's is a proud purveyor of fine and fresh meats, smoked fishes, baked goods, prepared dishes and catering platters. We pride ourselves on purchasing only quality ingredients and thoughtfully preparing each dish we make. Our homemade meats and smoked fish are sliced to your exact preference - no other deli slices corned beef or lox quite like us!

WHO IS MANNY?

All three owners grew up spending their summers in Kintnersville, PA at Camp Nock-A-Mixon. Manny was the cook at camp. He was a personality that everyone in camp grew to love. When struggling to come up with a name for the deli, another camp friend suggested Manny’s. It was an instant “yes.” Camp memories are some of the best memories in our lives, so when we hear the name, it brings us happiness. We hope to carry on the name’ tradition so it evokes the same happy memories for our customers.

Manny passed away in 2020 at the camp he loved. We plan on carrying on a legacy and keeping the name relevant for years to come.

OWNERSHIP

Rob Woloshin

Rob has always been in love with the hospitality industry. After graduating from the Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and working for Kimpton Hotels, he realized his passion was in restaurant industry and came to form Manny’s with the Thomas Brothers. He applies his strong operational background to everyday business while also focusing on the marketing and branding of Manny’s.

Jeremy Thomas

Jeremy grew up in the business, working as a busser in his dad’s restaurant before he was even born. He stuck with operations, highlighted by his tenure running multiple Restaurant outlets at Disney in Orlando. He brings a calming presence to Manny’s and oversees all operations and Budgets.

Chase Thomas

Chase also grew up in the business, helping out at the deli on weekends. As he grew up, Chase’s focus turned to entrepreneurship and sales. Chase’s outside of the box thinking is crucial is shaking up the norms. He heads the sales department, and is instrumental in all new business ventures.
