We know there can be some confusion on this one (especially with our NY friends!). In our definition, both sandwiches are grilled with swiss cheese and russian dressing. A reuben is accompanied by sauerkraut, whereas a Rachel has coleslaw. The sandwiches are typically served with Corned Beef, Pastrami, or Turkey.

2-3 People to the pound for entrees. This includes meat for sandwiches and main dishes like brisket and gravy. How much entree often depends on what else you are eating with it.
3 people to the pound for sides. This include deli salads and dinner sides.
