SMOKED FISH
With our partnership with Acme Smoked Fish Company, we have ensured that we are procuring only the highest quality fish products. Acme has decades of experience and are world renowned in the smoking of fishes. From there, it’s up to us to ensure the final products that you take home is perfect.
Nova Lox - "Nova-Scotia” lox is cured and then lightly smoked. This lox doesn’t have the same saltiness as the traditionally cured lox and has become increasingly more popular in recent years. Setting us apart from much of our competition is the fact that we hand-slice all of our lox. While many delis have chosen to use pre-sliced lox for their catering trays, we pride ourselves on our dedication to the art of slicing.
Kippered Salmon - As opposed to being cured and cold-smoked, Kippered is hot smoked given it a different texture than lox and is sliced down in larger pieces as opposed to the thin, velvety texture of lox. We serve almost exclusively the Belly portion, giving us the oily, moist, pieces that our customer’s desire.
Regular Lox - While we do utilize many of Acme’s products, we cure our own regular lox in house. This lox is also exclusively sliced by hand and is perfect for when your tastebuds need a little more oomph.
Jumbo Whitefish - Featuring 2-3 pound whitefish, these fish are smoky, salty, and delicious. Let us cut you a piece, filet an entire fish for you, or if you’re really feeling extra decadent, let us stuff the fish with whitefish salad for a meal to remember.
Whitefish Salad - Featuring both a traditional and our signature homemade whitefish salad, we have you covered no matter what your tastes. The traditional salad is a bit more creamy and serves as a great spread for any bagel or bread of your choosing. Our homemade salad has chunks of jumbo whitefish pieces and is a heartier choice with more of the smoked flavor you would expect from the Jumbo Whitefish itself.
Sable - Sable is smoked black cod and its velvety, smooth texture is second to none. Let us slice it the way that YOU like it- either “new york” style thin or in larger pieces like our kippered salmon.
Salmon Salad - Our homemade, chunky salmon salad is what dreams are made of. Eat it out of the bowl, or spread on a bagel for a truly satisfying meal.
Chopped Herring - A nostalgic favorite.
Herring Filets - Served in either a homemade cream or wine sauce. Never forget the onions!
DELI MEATS
Sourcing only the finest cuts of meat, it is hard to go wrong with any choice. Let us pile them high on a sandwich or get them to go and enjoy all week long at home.
Corned Beef - Cooked in-house, we use a beef that comes from a grass-fed, hormone free diet. Whether you want yours extra-lean or extra-fatty, we’re confident that our corned beef will leave you craving more.
Roast Beef - Using only the finest bottom round flats, our roast beefs are cooked in-house with a lovely pink center.
Turkey - Made with no-preservatives, our oven roasted turkey is what most people consider “real turkey.” No slimy texture, just a delicious taste.
Brisket - Made in-house with our secret spices, our brisket is delicious on a cold sandwich or sliced thicker drenched in our homemade gravy.
Pastrami - Thinking about this spiced meat make us drool.
